I combine therapeutic and coaching approaches with bodywork and other somatic practices to create a safe Listening Space where you can understand your past in order to create your future.
By connecting what you feel in your body with how you feel in your mind, Body-Mind Coaching helps you gently explore those ‘edges’ where healing and transformation happens. Together we will bring into sharp focus the future you desire, as well as craft the process and the steps you need to take to make this a reality.
My Body-Mind Coaching Programme runs over 3 or 6 months. Each programme consists of
Bi-monthly 90min sessions tailored at a pace and level suited to your needs
Unlimited support (within work hours) in between sessions
Learning materials and links to inform your progress
Structured ‘container’ where you can feel safe being yourself, without managing, monitoring or fixing.
