We will agree what is the best option for you at your first session. Some of my treatments, like Trigger point work, can be very effective after just one treatment. And yes, you will feel great after a great massage! But no change or improvement is instantaneous. The amount of time it takes depends on the issue you need help with and the amount of work you commit to in between our sessions.
